Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

DreamLume™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier:

  • DreamLume™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution

If needed, we will assist you by providing tracking details.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.


Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal office
  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
